Went above and beyond! I ordered this rosary bc when my dad died my sister-in-law made sure I got one of his that looked just like this. She and I had talked about how this rosary is one just like her grandmothers. When her grandmother died I had to get one ordered quickly and sent her way hoping she would get it before the funeral. Not only did they make sure to get it sent ASAP so she would have it one time, but they put my note I had added on a condolence card. My sister-in-law said it gave her great peace. Not all shops would go this extra mile to ensure their customers needs are met, but they sure did and if I need something like this again I will immediately go back to their shop!
