Vintage 60's Shammy Velour child's Rust jacket and hat super cute! 3Y

WOW! okay this child's vintage jacket and skull cat from the 60's is so super cute!

The label is I.M.S. Shammy Velour imported
there is no size label.

approx 3T it MEASURES: 29" around the chest, 15" top to bottom, 4" shoulder seam to collar seam, 12" from the arm pit to the cuff.

it is a rust color deep red orange has a crinkled velour effect to the color maybe original maybe from age, it looks cool. zip goes partial, 2 pockets with snaps. the elastic waist bottom is cute oatmeal rust and navy blue little design bottom of sleeves as well.

The hat is a skull cap type soft mustard flannel inside I'm not very sure how the buckle works, it may just slip over the head.

This was a neighbors coat who was born in 1964 so its from about 1966-67 according to him.

The condition is good! no holes or smells or major issues other than a show of age in the velour color maybe?!
