In the 50's this tiny
medal on a mini safety pin were
meant for a baby's undershirt or diaper.
Also worn on a woman's slip or bra. Some folks
wore them on their purse. The Catholic Nuns wore them.
Good Vintage condition note photos. Medal is silver tone with
blue enamel. Pin looks brass.. Made in Italy.
